This site is owned and operated by Ambrion, Inc. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

When you register or visit the Site, we may collect certain “Personal Data,” which is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. The categories of Personal Data we may collect, or you may provide to us include: your name and contact information (email, address and phone number), your job search criteria and preferences, your employment experience, educational history, your skills, reference information, background information, or other information contained in your resume.

We use Personal Data to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. We may from time to time use your Personal Data to send you automated email messages or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information. We may also use Personal Data for our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, and improving our services.

Disclosures of Personal Data

Ambrion may disclose Personal Data to third parties in the following circumstances: 1) to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of Ambrion or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security or (d) protect the personal safety of the users or the public. (2) to our third-party service providers who perform business functions and services on our behalf; (We also may disclose or transfer information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

INFORMATION Ambrion GATHERS AND TRACKS
Ambrion gathers three types of information about users:
Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to receive our electronic newsletters, to participate in polls and/or assessments, to post a comment, to upload their resume or contact information, or to contact us for more information.
Information Ambrion gathers through tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites, and clicks through any emails we send you. This information allows us to better tailor our content to visitors needs and to better understand the demographics of our audience.
Information Ambrion gathers about customers (candidates or clients) may be passed on to third-party partners of Ambrion, based upon the customer preferences on their account.
Ambrion Gathers User Information In The Following Processes:

Optional Voluntary Information
We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Electronic communications policy (Email)
We will offer a free electronic emails to users. Ambrion gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from our mailing list by following the link provided in every email that points users to our unsubscribe page.

2. Polls/Assessments
We may offer interactive polls and/or Assessment tools to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and/or assess their organizational readiness and effectiveness for certain sales and marketing processes. Ambrion may use a system to “tag” users after they have participated in a Poll/Assessment, so they can participate only once on a particular Poll/Assessment.

3. We collect resumes and personal information in order to assist candidates with their job search which require voluntary submission of personal information by users:
Online Marketing Tools suite of products, including microsites, landing pages, email marketing, lead nurturing, and other tools. The information we receive about candidates submitting a resume or personal information may be passed on to Ambrion clients or partners, based upon the consent by the candidate.

Usage tracking
Ambrion tracks user traffic patterns throughout our site. This information is kept for Ambrion’s use only, and to better target and serve our audience with relevant information and services.
We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas.

Cookies
We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Ambrion uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above).

USE OF INFORMATION
Ambrion uses any information we gather to enhance our user’s experience with our company and the products and services we provide.
As stated above, we use information that users provide in order to send out emails, to develop and evolve the content at our site, evolve the services that we offer, and to enable users to participate in polls and/or assessments. We send out emails to subscribers on a regular schedule (depending on the list and/or nurturing sequence), and occasionally send out special notices when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. The information gathered is for Ambrion’s internal use.

SHARING OF THE INFORMATION

Ambrion uses the above-described information to tailor our interactions, as well as our content to better suit your needs. We will not share information about individual users with any third party that is not an Ambrion partner, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Security

We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below.

Use of Site by Minors

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) and, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18.

Jurisdictional Issues

The Site is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.

OPT-OUT POLICY
We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:
* Opting not to register to receive our emails.

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out by using the mechanism contained in each such email.

If you are a resident of California, and under 18 you may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted to the Site by writing to info@ambrion.com. Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, as, for example, some of your content may have been reposted by another user.
