Eleonor Paese, Executive Recruiter at Ambrion, was inspired to pursue a career in recruiting because of her passion for building relationships and helping people realize their potential. A cornerstone of her approach includes working to genuinely understand what is important to her clients and candidates and helping them realize their ‘why.’

This approach leads to better outcomes for candidates and clients alike.  She explains, “By taking time to get to know one another, I am able to better identify opportunities for candidates that align well with their expectations. This approach allows me to quickly go to work for clients and present outstanding candidates.”

She explains why she is proud to call Ambrion home. “I am consistently impressed by my team. Our team genuinely cares about the success of our candidates and clients. We are not afraid to dig into the why or ask tough questions in order to identify top talent. This intentional approach helps us build lasting relationships that extend beyond one job transition,” she says. 

One of the things she enjoys most is seeing how her candidates and clients continue to grow. “It’s rewarding to see how my candidate’s careers and clients’ organizations grow and evolve,” she says. She continues to build relationships that span beyond a single placement, serving as a trusted advisor.

She understands the challenges job searching and talent acquisition can bring. “Job searching and talent acquisition can be tiring at times. I enjoy helping clients and candidates identify what is important to them and why. This leads to being able to identify prospects that align with their expectations and turn their dream opportunity into a reality,” she says, “There is no better feeling than helping candidates find the opportunity that is right for them, and clients find the perfect addition to their team!”
