When Danielle Lucia, Recruiting Manager, received her offer to become a part of the Ambrion team in 2016, the decision was easy. “Their longevity in the market is really outstanding. I knew I’d be working for a company that has deep roots in the accounting and finance space within the Twin Cities metro area and it would allow me to forge deep, lasting relationships based on the trusted nature of Ambrion,” she explains.

 

She was drawn to recruiting because of the opportunity it gave her to help individuals in the Twin Cities to find new options. “Not only am I helping candidates find exceptional roles to fit their career goals, but I am a trusted advisor to many outstanding organizations when it comes to hiring,” she says, “I get to really understand how a company works and learn who would be successful at their organization. It really allows me to take recruiting to the next level.”

 

One of the reasons she can dig in and truly partner with her clients and candidates to understand their needs is the way Ambrion operates. “With Ambrion, I am able to run a full recruiting desk, meaning I am connecting with both candidates and clients on a daily basis. Not only am I looking to help my clients succeed in filling tough searches, but assisting candidates with identifying opportunities that best fit their interests and long-term career goals.”

 

She recalls a challenging search that allowed her to make a big impact with a client, “I partnered with a Twin Cities company that was experiencing rapid growth. They needed help designing and implementing a hiring strategy that would successfully, seamlessly build out their accounting and finance teams to handle the amount of new business they were bringing in,” she explains, “The opportunity to work directly with multiple hiring managers and identifying the type of talent on a large scale that would make their teams successful was extremely rewarding.”
