GET TO KNOW Katie

Katie Kelly, Managing Director, grew up in a small farming community that taught her the value of hard work, entrepreneurship, and the importance of being a part of a supportive community. When recruited to join Ambrion in 2004, she embraced the culture and the values that Ambrion provided.  “Recruiting has offered me the opportunity to thrive through being able to build a network and community of people that is rooted in trust and collaboration that creates success for all those involved,” she says.

 

Her work ethic, dedication, and passion for her clients and candidates have led her to her role as a top producer and seasoned leader of the Ambrion team. “I’m honored to serve as Ambrion’s Managing Director. I  enjoy inspiring the team to reach new levels of success in their careers and learning how to be a strategic partner to their clients,” she says, “I have always tried to lead by example and continue to do so as I remain active in recruiting and enjoy being able to continue to be a strategic resource for my clients.”

 

In her leadership role as Managing Director, Katie continues to instill the Ambrion values of honesty and ethics as a foundation for everything they do. “Over the past several years, we have been working diligently to re-focus our efforts and the energy of the team around achieving Ambrion’s mission to be a leading firm in our industry and doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easy option,” she explains. “The team at Ambrion is a group of talented, professional, driven, and compassionate people,” she says, “We are competitive but realize our greatest asset is how collaboratively we work together.”

 

Katie pours her heart into exceeding expectations for her clients and candidates and leading the team. “This job takes grit and a positive attitude; whether it be an economic downturn or a challenging search, it’s so important to remain positive and optimistic,” she says, “I’m always grateful when I have the opportunity to showcase talent, and I’m thankful for my contacts that have reached out to me-especially in those tough years.” She is proud of everything she and her team have accomplished over the past few years and is energized when she imagines what the team will do next. “We have an experienced team of people that are committed to achieving the goals of both clients and candidates,” Katie says, “I don’t believe there’s anything preventing our team from achieving our biggest goals.”
