Christine Lindholm, Senior Executive Recruiter at Ambrion, chose a career in recruiting because she thrives on being able to constantly meet new people and learn new things. After being part of the Ambrion team for several years now, she believes, “Recruiting is a constant (positive) challenge for me, pushing me to be creative, think outside the box, and learn.”

 

She considers herself a lifelong learner. “I have a natural curiosity to understand how things work. Pair my excitement for learning new things with my determination to find a solution for any challenge I’m facing, and you’ve got a pretty good picture of how dedicated I am when I go to work for a client or candidate.”

 

Her commitment to Ambrion’s core values of being a transparent advisor and honest advocate comes through with each client or candidate she works with. She understands that, “Making a career move is an important life event and it is key to not rush through that but being able to realize when an opportunity is worth hearing about.” 

 

She believes she couldn’t deliver success to her clients and candidates without listening. “If you’re not listening, your client or candidate will be able to tell. You’ll miss details on what it will take for you to find their next great hire or miss your chance to ask meaningful questions after a candidate tells your career story. You simply won’t get what you need to exceed their expectations, and that is unacceptable to me,” she explains.

 

The tougher the search she’s working on, the easier it is for her to showcase her experience. “I have had the opportunity to work on searches at every level within Finance and Accounting. The bigger the challenge, the more eager I am to get started,” she explains, “Our team gets to work on world-class opportunities with the best companies in the Twin Cities, and I am proud to be able to consistently contribute to our success.”
